Right now I’d agree. But this is more about what the functionality of Bitcoin enables, rather than Bitcoin itself as it currently exists.

The severity of the disaster also matters. A localized war and Bitcoin can be more useful. A post-apocalyptic dystopia in which we regress to an Agrarian state and I doubt Bitcoin has much use!
